Attendance
After you register an Attendance host or guest from the Register button in the event tools menu bar in FundEasy, you'll see a confirmation modal that will give you several options.
- Click the person's name in the modal to open their profile.
- Click All Groups to go to the group in Manage Registrants.
- Add a person to this party by clicking that link in the middle of the modal. This will link this person with the previous registration so they can stay together.
- Use the Register Another Host button to register a new host and create a new group.
- Register a new guest with the Guest button. This will register them as a new person to Ungrouped Registrants unless you choose their group on the registration form.
- Choose Done when you've finished registering guests.
Peer-to-Peer
After you register a Peer-to-Peer participant from the Register button inside FundEasy, you'll see a confirmation modal that will give you several options:
- Click the person's name in the modal to open their profile.
- Click All Teams to go to their team in Manage Registrants.
- If your Participant has also made a donation, click the link to register them as a Sponsor/Donor. This will fill the Sponsor/Donor form with the same contact information that you entered for the Participant.
- Use the other options to save a step and to register another Liaison, Participant, or Sponsor/Donor.
- Choose Done when you've finished registering guests.
