When someone registers to your Peer-to-Peer event, they will show in the Column Browser and in Manage Registrants. Your Sponsors and Liaisons will only show in the Column Browser.

On the Manage Registrants page, Teams are listed in the second column. As with all sidebar menus, you can expand or collapse them for more room on your screen by clicking the white space or arrows near the bottom of each column.

From here you can select and view:

  • All Teams - This shows all of the Teams in your event, and all the participants in those Teams.
  • Cancelled - These are those who were registered but who have cancelled.
  • Teams - Select individual Teams to view.
  • Participants not on a Team - This shows the participants who haven't been assigned to a Team.

Teams

View all the Teams from the All Teams option, or select specific Teams to view.

  • Click the number of the Team to put an individual Team into the middle of the canvas
  • Click the name of one or more Teams to add multiple Teams to the canvas.
  • To move people between Teams you can drag and drop, or use the Bulk Actions link toward the top of the page. 

Registrants

In Pay-to-Attend events we show payment icons to the right of participants' names to indicate their registration fee for the event:

  • Green dollar amount and dollar sign indicate that the invoice has been paid
  • Grey dollar amount and dollar sign indicate that the invoice has a balance due
  • Grey horizontal lines indicate that there is no invoice
  • No icon or horizontal lines indicates the person is on the same invoice as someone who paid for them. This is how people who registered and paid at the same time and are in the same party will appear.

You can record payments for Participants only from the payment icon to the right of their names. This article has more information.

Note: The dollar amounts on the Manage Registrants page indicate registration fees, not funds that participants have raised. To see a participant's donors and how much a participant has raised, go to the Column Browser.

Chevron [v] Menu

You can manage individual Participant registrations by clicking the chevron [v] button to the right of each person's name.

  • View Person Profile
  • View Fundraising Page - clicking this link will take you to the Participant's fundraising page.
  • View Participant Summary Sheet - this option will take you to the Participant Summary Sheet for this Participant in Reports & Exports.
  • View Transaction Log - opens the Participant's Transaction Log in a popup for pay-to-attend events.
  • View Team History - this option will show you the Teams that the Participant has previously been in, when and where the Participant was moved, and who moved them.
  • Promote to Captain/Demote to Participant - use this option to make this person a team Captain or to demote him to a regular Participant.
  • Send Email
    • Compose a new email to the Participant
    • Resend the Participant Confirmation Email
    • Invite the Participant to a different event
  • Disable Fundraising Page - for those times when you need to add a person who doesn't want a fundraising page. Register them as usual and then disable the page. Return to this chevron [v] menu to restore a page that has been taken offline.
  • Move to Team - this option will show a video about how to move a participant to a different team.
  • Cancel Registration - if you need to cancel a Participant's registration, use this option. Remember, if this Participant has Sponsors, you will need to reassign those Sponsors to another Participant or to no Participant using the Column Browser. Any Sponsors for this Participant will not be cancelled. They will show in the Column Browser as Sponsors of another Participant or as Sponsors without Participants. Once they are reassigned, you can come back to Manage Registrants and cancel the Participant. When the Participant is cancelled, you'll see a notification in the right corner that your Participant has been cancelled.
  • Delete Registration - Use this option to delete test or duplicate registrations.
    Note: Cancelling a Participant registration moves the Participant to the Cancelled category on the Manage Registrants page, where the registration can be restored in the future, if needed. Deleting a Participant registration removes the Participant from the system completely; this cannot be undone.

Bulk Actions Pulldown

Use The Bulk Actions tool at the top of Manage Registrants to perform actions on several people at a time.

  • Click All Teams at the top of Manage Registrants to work with all Teams
  • Or click the name of the Team(s) you'd like to work with from the Teams list.
  • Once the Teams are selected, click the box next to Bulk Actions. This will check the boxes next to your participants' names who are in the center part of the page. You can choose:
    • All - to select all registrants
    • Captains - to select all team captains
    • Fundraisers - to select all participants (not including captains)

From the Bulk Actions link, you can:

  • View
    • Fundraiser Summary Sheets
    • Team History
  • Move to Group
  • Send Emails
    • Compose a New Email
    • Resend Fundraiser Confirmation Email
    • Invite to a different event
  • Cancel Registrations
  • Delete Registrations

View as Report

The View as Report link in the upper right corner provides a quick report of everyone in the selected group(s) that are showing in the center of the canvas. This replaces the Attending List. From this report link, you can create and export a custom report.  

The View as Report link features tools to Change Columns, Sort Columns, and Export like the Custom Report Builder, but it does not include options for saving the report.
