Nothing happens when I try to open a profile or transaction window

In most of the new FundEasy, profile and transaction windows open in modal windows that cover the screen. Occasionally, profile windows won't open from search if you haven't visited Manage Registrants first. To remedy that, click the icon for Manage Registrants, and then use the registrant search tool or type S for search. After that, it should open from any page in FundEasy.

In the old group Manager, profile windows and transaction windows are popups. Sometimes they hide behind your browser. Try minimizing your browser window to see if it's hiding there. If the window is not hiding, you may need to double check to see if popups are allowed on your browser for FundEasy. This article has more information on popup windows.
