We understand that plans change, and you may need to delete an event from your account. If you need to request an event deletion, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
Event Deletion Criteria
To be eligible for deletion, an event must meet the following requirements:
No registrations—events with registered participants cannot be deleted.
No donations—if donations have been processed through the event, it cannot be removed.
Future date—events with past dates cannot be deleted.
Please rename your event and add "Delete" before the event name. Once your request is submitted, our team will review and process the deletion within 1-2 business days.
Alternative Options
If your event does not meet the criteria for deletion, we recommend adjusting your event settings instead:
Unpublish the event to prevent further registrations.
Update the event date to postpone or repurpose it for a future occasion.
Modify event details to transition it to a different format, such as a virtual or hybrid event.
