We use variables to pull information from your event details or registrations and add them to emails or other templates. For example, to add someone's first name to an email in Send Email, click in editor where you want the variable to show. Next, click the Variables icon (%) in the toolbar above the message field and select the %FirstName% variable. This will insert the first name of the recipient in the email they receive.
Note: you cannot add the name variables in invitations. The variable list does not include the name variable.
