After a participant registers to a Peer-to-Peer event, they need to set up a username and password for their page. They can reuse an existing username and password or create a new one when they get to their fundraising page. This article has more information about logging in from a Peer-to-Peer user's perspective.

When you are logged in as an admin and you visit a participant's fundraising page, you will see the page as a guest. You will not have the yellow buttons to edit the page, and you will not see the Online Gift and Record Offline Gift buttons, unless it is connected to your admin username. Admins cannot edit participant's pages.

How to check a Peer-to-Peer username from the Column Browser:

  1. Click the person's name on the top of the Column Browser.
  2. Change the pulldown in the middle of the Column Browser to Show Walkers below.
  3. Click their name on the bottom of the column browser. This opens the Person Profile popup.
  4. Scroll to the Peer-to-Peer Login & Password Reset section.
  5. From here you'll be able to see their username and send them a link to reset their password.
If the profile says there is no Peer-to-Peer username associated with this person, please have the participant check their email for their confirmation email to create their username and password or you can resend their confirmation email.

If their profile indicates that they have used their Facebook login, make sure they click the "Log in with Facebook" button and use their Facebook login credentials.

To recover a username and password from the fundraising page, the participant needs to follow these simple steps:

  1. First, click on the log in link in the upper right hand corner of the fundraising page. If it says you are logged in but you don't see the yellow buttons to edit your page, click "Log Out." That opens the Log In screen.
  2. To recover your username, click "Forgot your username...?" Next enter your email address in the email address box.
  3. An email will be sent to you with all the usernames that are associated with that email address. You may find that you've logged into this page with the wrong username. We suggest using the same username every time you set up a fundraising page for yourself.
  4. To recover your password, enter your username in the box.
