My name tag preview tab is blank. Your name tags should show in a modal (overlay) window hovering over the name tag page. Sometimes Chrome loads a blank preview tab. In that case, change to another tab in your browser and then change back. This usually resolves the problem.
I can't download my name tags. Your name tags should show in a modal (overlay) window hovering over the name tag page. In Chrome and Firefox, mouse up the page to see the download tools. In Safari and Edge, right click on the name tag modal and click Open in Preview or Save As. For best results, we recommend you use Chrome as your browser in FundEasy.
Why are there are only 2 pages of name tags? Previews are only two pages long. Use Create Labels to create all your name tags.
My labels start off ok, but they start running off the page. Make sure page handling/scaling is set to 100%, Print Actual Size, or Scaling None. Don’t use Print to Fit.
What other settings should I check? Turn off headers and footers in your printer, and make sure that you allow background colors and images.
How can I create blank name tags? From the name tag editor, click the lightbulb icons to hide the rows you don’t want to show, then print a preview batch for 2 pages of blank name tags.
How do I print individual or small groups of name tags?
Go the Group Manager (old) page in the left tool bar.
Select Create Labels in the What would you like to do? dropdown at the bottom of the page.
If necessary select the Avery label that you are using. If you have already created your name tags, FundEasy will use that label.
Select the Starting Label on your sheet of labels.
Select one or more registrants in the Registration Details screen.
Click Go.

What software do you recommend for printing name tags and labels? We recommend downloading your labels and printing them from Adobe Reader.

There is an increasing number of companies creating labels online. In order to keep our name tag template list manageable, we use only Avery label templates for our labels. If there is an Avery label template on the page linked that fits your label dimensions, you should be able to use one of the corresponding label numbers in the label tool. This page at Avery cross references templates with different model numbers. We will only create custom labels for Avery templates.
