Some organizations hold multiple events at the same time. Examples of this are:
- In-person and virtual events
- Events in different locations on the same day
If you have a guest that needs to change which event they are attending, you can use Express Person Lookup in your event. This will register the guests in the other event. You'll find this tool in the Register Person screen, at the top of the page.
Fill in the First Name and/or Last Name in the Express Person Lookup box and click Lookup. A fuzzy search works best, like "Ma Smi" for "Mary Smith". This will fill in the registration form with their personal information. Any custom registration information will need to be entered manually.
Once you have registered them in the new event, you'll cancel their registration in the first event.
If you need to combine both events, you'll need to repeat this process for each person. There isn't a tool to combine your events. Please let us know if you're combining your events so we have your account up to date.
