Attendance tracking is made possible using the Attendance Live Check-In app, available for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch running iOS 12 or later, and Mac laptops that are running macOS 11.0 or later and have an Apple M1 chip or later.
Please download this app onto every device that will be used to record attendance, register walk-ins, or manage seating assignments.
Note: You can run either the Hub app or the check-in/management app on a device. Do not run both apps at the same time on the same device.
Once the app is installed, you can run it on your device and you'll see the option to watch a quick video that explains how the app works. We recommend you watch the video before you arrive at the event.
