If you have not yet activated Live Check-In in your event, please click here to learn how. Activating Live Check-In within your event is required before you can launch a Live Check-In session in the apps.
The iPad Hub is the cornerstone of Live Check-In. It downloads event data from FundEasy, supplies it to all of the other devices that are used for Guest Check-In and Guest Management, and uploads the data back to FundEasy after attendance has been recorded.
The Attendance Live Check-In Hub app is only available for Apple iPad and Mac laptops that have an M1 chip or above, and it can only be run on one device at a time while taking attendance. This device cannot be used for check-in. It acts as the server for your event. Please download and install the app onto a single iPad running iOS 12 or later, or onto a Mac laptop running macOS 11.0 or later and with an Apple M1 chip or later.
Please note that Live Check-In was designed specifically for iPads and iPhones. Certain Mac laptops may be compatible, but you may experience connectivity or display issues even on compatible Mac laptops. We recommend practicing with Live Check-In using the specific devices you plan to use at your event to ensure the best experience.
