When sending email invites through FundEasy, it's important to be mindful of how you enter text into the Personalized Note section, the Templates, or the Send Email
Why This Matters
Pasting text directly into the Personalized Note can sometimes cause email delivery to fail. This usually happens because the copied text may contain hidden formatting, even if it looks plain. This hidden code can confuse email servers and cause messages to be blocked.
Emojis Often Break Emails
One of the most common issues we see is the use of emojis in the Personalized Note section or in email messages. Even a single emoji can break the email completely, preventing it from being delivered. While they may look fun, we strongly recommend not using emojis in this section to ensure your guests actually receive your invite.
Tips to Ensure Successful Delivery
Type your message manually into the note field whenever possible.
If you need to paste text, first run it through a text cleaner tool like textcleanr.com to strip out invisible formatting.
Do not use emojis in your message — even commonly used ones can disrupt delivery.
