You can create a report of unsubscribed or blocked emails in the Custom Report Builder.

  1. Choose Reports and Exports in the left toolbar and then select Custom Report Builder.
  2. Click Change Columns on the right.
  3. Scroll to the email fields in the Personal Information section. You'll find the available email fields, such as Primary Email Address, Email Unsubscribed?, Email Unsubscribed Date, Email Active?, and Email Sent Log. These fields pertain to the Primary Email Address only.
  4. Save your changes by clicking the Apply Changes button in the bottom right corner. 

Tip: In the Custom Report Builder, you can the use the search filters above the report to remove the people who do not have an email address from your report. To do so, add a filter for "Primary Email Address Is Not NULL." You can also add a filter for "Email Active? Is No" to see only those who are not getting email because their email address is not active.

To find out if a specific email address is active, you can also check the individual profile:

  • Find the registrant in your event.
  • Click their name to open their profile.
  • If the email address is red, there is something wrong with the email address.
    • Common reasons for an email to not be delivered include typos, old email addresses, a full mailbox, the email address is unsubscribed, or email from FundEasy is blocked by an email server.
  • If you know the email address to be valid, reset the email address by clicking the edit icon and re-saving the email address. This will not reset an unsubscribed email address.
