Add Donor ID Numbers for Other Databases

You can add your own Donor ID numbers to your FundEasy profiles so your database will recognize the person. These can be edited from the Person profile one at a time, however the easiest way to add Donor ID numbers is from the Custom Report Builder. 

1. From Event Tools, click Reports

2. Choose Custom Report Builder

3. Click Change Columns

4. Add the Donor ID field from the list of available fields. 

5. Click Apply Changes

6. The Donor ID fields will be editable in the search results. Click where it says (empty) and add the Donor ID from your database.

7. Click Save
